Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website and our services. This statement explains what we aim for, what we know does not yet work as well as it should, and how to get help.

Our aim

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across this website.

What is not fully accessible

The SRA’s digital badge, which shows that we are regulated, is a third-party embed supplied for the Solicitors Regulation Authority. We cannot change how it works, and it may not work fully with every assistive technology. You can check that we are regulated on the SRA’s register instead: our SRA number is 670155.

Our downloadable guide packs (for directors, disputes, executors and settlement agreements) are PDFs that are not yet set up for screen readers, and some of our other PDFs, including older ones, may not be fully accessible. We are working on this. If you need the content of any of our PDFs in another format, ask us and we will provide it.

Reasonable adjustments

We make reasonable adjustments for people who need them — in how we communicate with you, in how we provide our services, and in how you can make a complaint (see our complaints procedure). Tell us what you need and we will do our best to help.
